SPONSORSHIPS
Supports the society’s relationships with corporate partners by assisting with communications, meeting coordination, and sponsor engagement. Members help maintain positive partnerships, support sponsor visibility at events, and gain valuable experience in professional networking and client-facing interactions.

HUMAN RESOURCES
Supports the society’s internal operations and culture by assisting with administrative tasks, onboarding, and wellbeing initiatives. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive, inclusive, and well-organised committee environment.

MARKETING
Marketing Content Subcommittee
Develops written content for NOW’s communications, including newsletters, email campaigns, event promotions, and social media captions. This role focuses on crafting clear, engaging messaging that informs members and strengthens the society’s voice across platforms.
Marketing Design Subcommittee
Creates visually engaging marketing materials such as posters, digital graphics, and social media assets. Members contribute to shaping NOW’s visual identity and brand presence while collaborating across portfolios to support campaigns and events.

SOCIAL MEDIA
Social Media Subcommittee
Manages NOW’s online presence across multiple social and professional platforms by creating, scheduling, and publishing content. This role involves collaborating across portfolios to promote events and initiatives, engaging with the wider community, and ensuring consistent, timely digital communications.
Social Media Photography Subcommittee
Attends NOW events to capture high-quality photographs for promotional and archival use. Responsibilities include event photography and basic photo editing to support social media, marketing campaigns, and the society’s visual brand identity.
